1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Provision Of Laundry Services In The Field Of Washing: Flat Linen; Fashionable Clothing, I.E. Trousers, Sweatshirts, Skirts, Aprons; Nightgowns, Pajama Sweatshirts, Pajama Trousers, Bathrobes, Blankets, Quilts, Bedspreads, Mattresses, Curtains, Curtains, Screens, Pillows, Rubber Covers, Capes, Work Shirts, Sweatshirts And Work Trousers, T-Shirts, Fleece Sweatshirts, Sweaters, Cloths, Mops And Surgical Assortment: Surgical Sheets, Surgical Pads, Surgical Napkins, Barrier Surgical Gowns, Surgical Sweatshirts Barrier Trousers And Surgical Skirts. The Service Also Includes Collection Of The Service Item, Sorting, Disinfection, Water Washing, Ironing Of Flat Linen, Ironing, Folding, Packaging And Delivery Of Clean Assortment To The Ordering Partys Premises. The Ordering Party Requires That The Services Covered By The Order Be Performed In Accordance With The Procedures Specified In The Pn-En Iso 9001:2015 Standard Or An Equivalent Standard In The Field Of Laundry Services For Health Care Units And Hospitals. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has An Implemented Quality Management System For The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order, I.E. In Particular Washing, Disinfection, Drying, Finishing, Kitting, Packaging And Transport Of Underwear And Textile Products Intended For Entities Performing Medical Activities. The Ordering Party Will Consider A Solution Equivalent To The Quality Management System Compliant With The Pn-En Iso 9001:2015 Standard To Be A System That Ensures A Level Of Organization, Supervision, Control And Quality Improvement Not Lower Than That Resulting From The Requirements Of The Indicated Standard And Includes At Least: • Disinfection Effectiveness - The Proposed Process Must Demonstrate The Full Spectrum Of Activity: Bactericidal, Tuberculocidal, Fungicidal, Virucidal And Sporicidal; • Technical Or Organizational Solutions Used In The Laundry Room; They Must Guarantee A Complete Physical Barrier Between The Clean Zone And The Dirty Zone, Which Excludes The Risk Of Re-Contamination Of The Laundry;• Alternative Washing And Disinfecting Preparations Must Have Appropriate Entries In The Register Of Medical Devices Or Biocidal Products And Be Approved For Use In Medical Facilities;• The Alternative Method Cannot Shorten The Life Of Clothing And Bedding Fabrics Compared To The Reference Technology. In Order To Demonstrate Equivalence, The Contractor May Submit A Certificate Issued By An Independent Conformity Assessment Body, Quality Management System Documentation Or Other Means Evidence, Which Clearly Shows That The System Used By Him Meets All The Requirements Specified Above. Equivalence Assessment Will Be Made On An Individual Basis Based On The Actual Scope And Operation Of The System Presented, And Not Solely On The Basis Of The Name Of The Certificate, System Or Document. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With An Appropriate Certifica
