The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision, Over A Period Of 12 Months, Of Transport Services For The Bodies Of Deceased Persons And Stillborn Children From The Medical Centers Of The Uck Wum, I.E. The Central Clinical Hospital At Ul. Banacha 1A, Childrens Clinical Hospital At Ul. Żwirki I Wigury 63A, Infant Jesus Clinical Hospital At Ul. Lindleya 4, To The Body Cold Store (Owned By The Ordering Party) Located At Ul. Pawińskiego 3B In Warsaw. Transport Will Be Provided 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week - Up To 2 Hours After Receiving The Notification From The Clinic To The Contractors Telephone Number, And Transport From The Childrens Clinical Hospital And The Central Clinical Hospital Does Not Require The Use Of A Car. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Services Of Making Bodies Available To Authorized Persons For Identification Purposes From 7:30 A.M. To 2:30 P.M., Monday To Friday (Weekdays), And The Delivery Of Bodies To Authorized Funeral Homes Between 7:30 A.M. And 2:30 P.M., Monday To Friday (Weekdays).
