The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil (Heating Diesel Oil; Diesel Oil For Heating Purposes) In An Amount Of Up To 100,000 Liters To The Młodzieszyn Commune And Subordinate Budget Units. The Oil Should Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Specification Specifying The Physical And Chemical Parameters Of The Oil. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Following Recipients: 1) Młodzieszyn Commune Office; 2) Municipal Building - Health Center In Młodzieszyn; 3) Primary School In Młodzieszyn; 4) Primary School In Janów; 5) Primary School In Kamion. The Expected Demand For Light Fuel Oil Has Been Estimated Based On Oil Consumption Data From Previous Years And The Ordering Partys Best Knowledge Of The Needs During The Order Execution Period. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee The Supplier That He Will Place A Full Order (Total Quantity). This Depends On The Demand During The Execution Of The Order, Resulting Mainly From Weather Conditions. Conditions Of Order Fulfillment - Deliveries: 1) Deliveries Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor, Using A Tanker Truck With A Drain Hose Of At Least 30 M Length Or A Road Tanker Ensuring Correct And Collision-Free Delivery. 2) Deliveries Should Be Made Between 8.00 A.M. And 4.00 P.M. After Prior Telephone Arrangement. 3) The Place Of Execution Of The Order Will Be The Delivery Of Oil To Separate Boiler Rooms.
