Work Detail
The procurement is intended to engage qualified and experienced firms for repair and maintenance of the office building on an asand-when-required basis. The services will cover routine and emergent civil, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and allied maintenance works. Actual works and quantities shall be determined according to requirements arising during the contract period. All works shall be executed in accordance with applicable specifications, standards and directions of the procuring agency.
