Tenders Are Invited For New Construction Of The Jíloviště Fire Station

The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Demolition Of The Old Building And The Construction Of A New Building Of The Fire Station.The Existing Building Is Used By The Jíloviště Volunteer Fire Brigade As A Fire Station. On The 1St Floor, There Is A Garage With An Adjacent Warehouse For Firefighting Equipment, An Office, Changing Rooms And Sanitary Facilities. The Existing Armory Does Not Meet Sdhs Requirements From A Technical Or Layout Point Of View. For This Reason, This Building Will Be Removed And Replaced By A New Fire Station Building.The New Building Will Be Enlarged Compared To The Original Floor Plan By 342.7 M2, I.E. From The Original 264 M2 To 606.7 M2. The Height Of The New Building Will Be 6.850 M On The North Side Near Pražská Street And 10.00 M On The South Side Towards The Garden. Architecturally, The Building Is Designed In An Industrial Style, Corresponding To The Character Of The Building. It Has A Rectangular Or Almost Square Plan Shape And A Flat Insulated Roof Finished With An Attic. The Building Is Designed In Such A Way That It Does Not Disturb The Local Character Of The Given Location And Its Appearance Corresponds To Its Purpose.A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Is Given In Appendix No. 1 – Project Documentation Including Itemized Statement Of Dimensions.
