Municipal Street Lighting Systems Include Street Light Poles, Luminaires, Power Lines And Control Systems, Etc., Which Are Subject To The Clients Management Responsibility. Operation And Maintenance Involves, Among Other Things, Work Related To The Correction Of Errors And Deficiencies, In Addition To Changes And Extensions, Of Existing Facilities Within The Financial Framework Of The Agreement. This Framework Agreement Must Also Be Used For Small And Medium-Sized Projects For Renovation Or New Construction. Construction Of Major New Facilities, As Well As Major Remediation Projects, Are Normally Carried Out As Separate Procurements. The Contract Will Be Valid For 2 Years From The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Client Must Have An Option To Extend The Agreement Under The Same Conditions By 1+1 Year.
