The Repair, The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Will Be Carried Out In A Municipal Property With Administrative Address: 11 Georgi Sava Rakovski Street, Identifier No. 10971.505.719 According To The Cadastral Map Of The City Of Vidin.Type Of Building – Public, On One Floor. It Was Built In The Middle Of The Last Century, And At First It Was Used For A Kindergarten, And Then For Other Public Activities For Children And Adults. The Structure Of The Building Is Orthogonal. The Subject Of The Current Repair Is The Repair Of The Roof, Replacement Of Windows.The Roof Of The Building Has A Wooden Roof Structure, Covered With Tiles, With External Drainage - Gutters And Downpipes, Which Are In A Very Bad Condition, Missing In Some Places. The Sheet Metal Coverings Around The Chimneys Are In A Bad Condition - Heavily Corroded And Deformed And Need Immediate Replacement, The Chimneys Also Have Fallen Plaster And Are In Poor Condition.During The Period Of Operation, No Major Repairs Were Carried Out. Repair Activities And Replacement Of Materials For Finishing Works Were Ongoing, In A Different Period Of The Buildings Operation. A Large Part Of The Building, For The Entire Operational Period, Was Not Repaired And Is Therefore In A Very Bad Condition. The Plasters On The Building Are Worn, Dirty, With Broken Integrity, There Are Cracks On The Walls. There Was Serious Damage From The Roof Leaks And The Missing Drainage System. Thermal Insulation Of Eps 12 Cm On The Facade And Then Laying Of Silicate Facade Plaster Is Planned.The Joinery Is Wooden, Glued Together, And In Some Rooms It Has Been Replaced With Pvc. The Unreplaced Windows Are In Poor Condition, Warped And Swept Away And Need To Be Replaced With New Ones Made Of Pvc And Aluminum Profiles.The Sanitary Units Are In A Tragic State, Which Are Planned To Be Repaired, And A Cell For The Disabled Will Be Separated.The Present Order Envisages Replacement Of The Facade Windows, Thermal Insulation On The Facade, Major Repair Of The Roof - Replacement Of Compromised Elements Of The Wooden Roof Structure, Slatted And Board Coverings, New Covering With Tiles, Repair Of The Chimneys And The Drainage System Of The Building - Gutters And Downspouts. A Complete Internal Repair Of The Premises Is Planned With Replacement Of Flooring, Plastering And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Repair Of The Electrical And Plumbing Installation, Repair Of The Pavements Around The Building, Repair Of The Entrance Staircase, The Ramp For Accessibility For People With Limited Mobility And The Fence. According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, B. B In Connection With The Zut, And Art. 8, Para. 2, Item 3 Of Regulation No. 1/2003 Of The Mrrd On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types, The Construction Site Is The Fourth Category.It Is Envisaged That The Order Will Be Executed In 2 (Two) Stages As Follows:Stage 1: This Stage Covers The Repair Of The Roof And Bathroom And The Replacement Of Facade Windows.Stage 2:This Stage Includes Renovation Of The Facade And Carrying Out Internal Repairs Of The Building.A Detailed Description Of The Construction Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation.
