Tenders Are Invited For Current Repairs Of Buildings, Municipal Property On The Territory Of Kaolinovo Municipality

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works (Cmp) For Current Repairs In Buildings, Municipally Owned On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kaolinovo, As Well As Activities That Are Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Procurement And Constitute A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, As Follows:Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Start, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification, According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Applicable Regulatory Documents And The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement;Warranty Liability For The Period Of The Warranty Period Proposed By The Contractor For The Completed Construction And Installation Works And Equipment Of The Sub-Sites.The Planned Construction And Repair Activities Do Not Constitute Construction Within The Meaning Of § 5, Item 38 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut). No Construction Permits Have Been Issued For The Sub-Sites And No Such Permits Will Be Required, As It Is Planned To Carry Out Current Repair Works, According To Art. 151, Para. 1 Of The Zut, In Connection With Dr §5, Item 43 Of The Zut.The Full Scope And Comprehensive List Of Activities To Be Performed By The Contractor Are Specified In The Technical Specification And Approved Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Procurement Documentation.
