The Project Called Chiguayante Monitoring Central Enablement Contemplates The Comprehensive Authorization Of A Municipal Monitoring Center For The Reception, Display, Storage, Administration And Management Of Images From The Communal Telesurveillance System, With The Aim Of Strengthening Preventive Monitoring Capabilities, Emergency Coordination And Support For Communal Public Security.The Initiative Will Be Carried Out In The Premises Of The Former German Federal School, Located On Herrera Street Sn, Commune Of Chiguayante, A Facility That Currently Has Operational Links And Transmission Systems From The Different Tele-Surveillance Points Existing In The Commune.The Project Considers, Among Others, The Execution Of The Following Activities:A Enabling And Improving The Physical Infrastructure For The Monitoring Center.B Improvement Of Walls, Coverings, Floors, Painting And Interior Finishes.C Enabling Electrical Installations, Lighting, Pipelines And Data Networks.D Implementation Of Air Conditioning Systems To Ensure Adequate Operating Conditions.E Provision, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of Technological Equipment For Video Monitoring And Management.F Implementation Of Servers, Workstations, Storage Systems, Energy Backup Systems, Management Software And Associated Licensing.G Implementation Of Visualization Systems Through Video Walls And Complementary Equipment.H Installation And Enabling Of Telecommunications Infrastructure, Structured Cabling And Network Equipment.I Installation Of Energy Backup System Using Ups And Electric Generator.J Integration, Configuration And Compatibility Of The New Equipment With The Currently Existing Telesurveillance Infrastructure.K Execution Of Functional Tests, Start-Up And Operational Delivery Of The System.L Training Of Municipal Officials For The Administration And Operation Of The Monitoring Center.M Delivery Of Technical Documentation, As-Built Plans, Manuals, Guarantees And Other Background Information Required For The Correct Operation Of The System.
