The Agreement Consists Of: The Supply And Installation Of Above-Ground Collection Containers; Emptying And Maintaining These Containers; Collecting, Transshipping, Sorting, Marketing And/Or Processing The Collected Textiles; Periodic Reporting On The Work Carried Out. When Carrying Out The Assignment, Use Is Made Of The National Do/Dont List Included In The Circular Materials Plan, Chapter Materials-Textiles. Separate Agreements Could Be Concluded For The Collection And Processing Of The Textiles. This May Result In An Agreement Being Entered Into With Different Contractors. However, The Municipality Wants To Contract One Contractor So That Collection Takes Place Efficiently And Uniformly, And It Has One Point Of Contact For Reporting, Collecting And Processing The Textiles. This Means That Municipal Waste Policy Can Be Conducted Effectively And Simply. The Order Has Now Been Merged. If The Assignment Is Split By, For Example, A Plot Division, More Coordination Is Necessary. This Entails Additional Activities And Therefore More (Internal) Costs. If Coordination Is Not Optimal, This Can Lead To Fewer And Poorer Textiles, Delays And Therefore Additional Inconvenience For Stakeholders (E.G. Residents, Municipal Yard Employees). The Municipality Will Therefore Be Responsible For Planning And Coordinating The Implementation. Because All This Is Not In The Interests Of The Municipality And Its Circular Goals, No Plot Division Is Applied And The Work Is Carried Out By One Contractor. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of A Minimum Of 4 Years And A Maximum Of 8 Years. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is February 1, 2027.
