The Current Environmental Plan Largely Consists Of A Temporary Part Including Former Zoning Plans, The Dowry And Relevant Municipal Regulations. The Assignment Concerns The Construction Of The New Part Area- And Subject-By-Area, Whereby Existing Rules Are Replaced, Updated And Integrated In Accordance With The Environmental Act And Applicable Regulations. The Assignment Concerns The Phased Preparation And Development Of The New Environmental Plan Of The Municipality Of Leiderdorp. The Work Includes Drawing Up A Basic Scheme, Replacing The De Baanderij And Bospoort Zoning Plans And Substantively Changing The Environmental Plan For The Intended Developments In These Areas.
