Construction Work For Water And Sewage Pipelines – Tr-Cl-04 Rehabilitation And Expansion Of Water Supply And Sewage Systems In The Zimnicea Agglomeration. Works Contract Tr-Cl-04 – Rehabilitation And Expansion Of The Water Supply And Sewage Systems In The Zimnicea Agglomeration Consists Of The Following Works: Object 1 – Rehabilitation And Expansion Of The Water Supply And Sewage Systems In The City Of Zimnicea Sub-Object 1.1 – Rehabilitation Of The Drinking Water Supply Pipe Sub-Object 1.2 – Rehabilitation Of The Distribution Network Sub-Object 1.3 – Network Expansion Of Distribution Sub-Object 1.4 – Rehabilitation Of The Domestic Sewage Network Sub-Object 1.5 – Extension Of The Domestic Sewage Network Sub-Object 1.6 – Waste Water Pumping Stations And Discharge Pipes Object 2 – Expansion Of The Water Supply And Sewage Systems In The Village Of Zimnicele Sub-Object 2.1 – Supply Pipe Sub-Object 2.2 – Water Management Sub-Object 2.3 – Extension Of The Distribution Network Sub-Object 2.4 – Extension Of The Household Sewage Network Sub-Object 2.5 – Waste Water Pumping Stations And Discharge Pipes Object 3 – Scada Zonal Dispatching Of The Water Supply And Sewage Networks Zimnicea Agglomeration The Works Will Be Executed Simultaneously. The Execution Contract For The Objective Rehabilitation And Expansion Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Systems In The Zimnicea Agglomeration Includes: A) Construction Works; B) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; C) Testing And Commissioning; D) Training Of The Beneficiarys Staff. E) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. The Duration Of Execution Of The Works, Commissioning Of The Installations And The Period Of Notification Of Defects (Warranty) Is 60 Months, Broken Down As Follows: - Period Of Execution Of Works And Testing/Commissioning: 24 Months - The Period Of Notification Of Defects (Pnd) Is At Least 36 Months. The Contract Remains Valid Until All Obligations Are Fulfilled By The Parties. The Contract Value Does Not Include Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. The Value Of The Contract Includes Provisioned Amounts According To Those Mentioned In Chapter 4, Section 4 - List Of Quantities, Provisioned Quantities, Respectively 1,306,007.65 Lei, But Does Not Include Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. The Amounts Provisioned At The Level Of The Financial Proposal Form Represent The Fixed Nominal, Non-Modifiable Amount And Are Included In The Estimated Value Of The Contract.
