The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Energy Services With A Guaranteed Result According To § 10E, Paragraph 4 Of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, As Amended, Consisting Of: A) Implementation Of Preliminary Activities; B) In Processing The Necessary Project Documentation For The Implementation Of Cost-Saving Measures; C) In Ensuring The Requirements Associated With Obtaining A Building Permit; D) In The Implementation Of Basic Energy-Saving Measures; E) In The Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Of Cost-Saving Measures; F) In The Development Of Operating Regulations For Newly Installed Equipment And Operator Training; G) In The Provision Of Energy Management; H) In Providing A Guarantee For Achieving Contractually Guaranteed Savings; In Order To Achieve An Increase In Energy Efficiency And A Reduction In Operating Costs In The Clients Facilities. The Public Order Will Be Implemented Using The Energy Performance Contracting Method (Hereinafter Referred To As Epc). This Is A Complex Public Order Including The Preparation, Implementation And Subsequent Long-Term Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Results Of Introduced Energy-Saving Measures, While The Supplier Will Provide The Client With A Guarantee For The Achievement Of The Expected Economic Benefits.
