The Competition Is For A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Equipment For Air Raid Shelters On Behalf Of Skien, Porsgrunn And Bamble Municipalities. The Participating Municipalities Are Responsible For Air Raid Shelters Owned By The Municipalities.
