The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation (The List Of Documents Constituting The Design Documentation Is Included In The Annex Entitled List Of Documentation) And In The Annex Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Ordering Party Requires A Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of 5% Of The Total Price Given In The Contractors Offer. Ii. Certificates.
