Non-Scheduled Passenger Transport – Transport Of Disabled Children From The Goleniów Commune To Rehabilitation, Educational And Upbringing Centers In Przybiernowo And Ostromice. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Transporting Disabled Children From The Goleniów Commune To The Rehabilitation, Education And Upbringing Center In Przybiernów At Ul. Kościuszki 16 And To The Rehabilitation, Education And Upbringing Center In Ostromice Located At Ostromice 17, Hereinafter Referred To As Orew. 2. The Service Provided Will Consist In Transporting Children From Their Places Of Residence To Orew And Taking Them Back To Their Places Of Residence After Classes With Orew, Including Providing Care For These Children During Transport And In Accordance With Annex No. 1.1. To Swz - Daily Transport Calculation, And Also In Accordance With Annex No. 9 To Swz - Transport Schedule. Annex No. 1.1. To The Swz And Annex No. 9 To The Swz Contain The Optimal Order Of Transport, Adapted To The Schedule Of Classes At Orew And The Individual Requirements And Needs Of The Transported Children. Transport Will Be Divided Into At Least Three Routes Operated Simultaneously By Three Vehicles. 3. The Maximum Daily Transport Capacity Is 183 Km, But The Route Depends On The Presence Of Children On A Given Day. 4. A Further Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Contract Documents.
