Public-Service Buses – Open Electronic Process Above The Community Limits, With The Criteria For Awarding The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based Solely On Price, For The Supply Of Three (3) Buses (12M) Hydrogen Fuel Cell (Fcev) To Cover The Needs Of The O.S.Y. M.A.E.. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Three (3) Hydrogen Fuel Cell Buses (Fcev) From O.Sy. M.A.E., For Carrying Out The Necessary Checks And Records Of Their Behavior When Meeting The Daily Movement Needs Of Citizens. Also Included In The Supply Are All Manuals, Technical Documents And Illustrated Parts Lists Necessary For Driver Training, Operation, Maintenance, Overhaul, Fault Finding And Repair And Repair Of The Vehicles, Accessories And Each Vehicles History Book. In Addition, The Provision Of Training To The Traffic Staff And The Technical Staff Of Osy Is Included. M.A.E., In Accordance With Paragraph 17 Of The Special Specifications And Paragraph A. 4.31. Of Annex I To Ensure Complete Familiarity With The Design, Operation And Fault Detection Of Vehicles And Their Accessories. The Buses To Be Supplied Will Be New, Unused, Manufactured With Care, And According To The Rules Of Art And Science, And Fully Compliant With The Mandatory Regulations In Force, Upon Delivery To Osy, In The Eu And Internationally, By A Recognized Domestic Or Foreign Company, Proven Specialized In This Category Of Vehicles.
