Refuse Disposal And Treatment – ​​Acceptance, Processing And Disposal Of Mixed Packaging Waste (Kb 15 01 06). The Subject Of Procurement Is The Collection, Processing And Disposal Of Separately Collected Recyclable Municipal Waste - Mixed Packaging From Yellow Containers, Kb 15 01 06 (Mixed Packaging). As Part Of The Provision Of Public Municipal Waste Collection Services, The Client Jointly Collects Waste Plastic, Metal And Multi-Layer (Tetrapak) Packaging Through Yellow Containers. The Collected Mixed Packaging Is Taken To The Selected Bidder (Authorized Collector/Recycler) In Its Facility For Further Processing And Disposal. The Service Includes Collection Of Waste From The Client, Weighing And Processing And/Or Disposal Of Mixed Packaging In The Bidders Own Facility. The Service In Question Includes The Collection And Processing/Disposal Of Mixed Packaging In Accordance With The Law On Waste Management (Official Gazette 84/21 And 142/23), By-Laws And Conditions From The Procurement Documentation. The Responsibility Of The Owner Of The Waste (Ordering Party) Ends At The Moment The Mixed Packaging Is Taken Over By The Bidder. The Client Is Not Responsible For Possible Omissions By The Bidder Or For Damage Caused To Third Parties During The Performance Of This Activity. The Client Is Obliged To Hand Over The Waste Accompanying Sheet (Form Pl-O) With The Shipment And Is Responsible For The Accuracy Of The Waste Information Stated On The Sheet. The Proof Of The Service Provided Is A Copy Of The Covering Sheet (Certified By The Client And The Bidder) And The Original Weighing Documents Taken At The Bidders Facility. The Bidder Is Obliged To Confirm And Reconcile The Documents (Pl-O) In The E-Onto System Within 15 Days From The Day Of Waste Collection.
