The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Collection Of Municipal Waste Generated In The Stryszów Commune From: - Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live; - Owners Of Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, B) Management Of Municipal Waste Collected From Owners Of Properties Where Residents Live And From Owners Of Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes, C) Current Equipment Of Property Owners With Bags For Collecting Sorted Municipal Waste (Paper - Blue Bag, Plastics And Metal - Yellow Bag, Glass - Green Bag, Biodegradable Waste - Brown Bag) And Mixed Waste (Black Bag), D) Equipping, At Your Own Expense, Interested Properties Inhabited In Single-Family Buildings And Interested Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, With Containers For Collecting Ash And Slag With The Inscription Ash; E) Equipping, At Your Own Expense, All Single-Family Residential Properties And All Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes Covered By The Municipal Waste Management System, With Containers For The Collection Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste With The Inscription Mixed Waste; F) Development, Printing And Distribution Of Municipal Waste Collection Schedules Among Property Owners Covered By The Municipal Waste Management System In The Stryszów Commune, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Stryszów Commune; G) Generating, Printing And Distributing Barcodes (Stickers) Among Property Owners Covered By The Municipal Waste Management System In The Stryszów Commune. H) Operating The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point 12 Times A Year By Providing A Kp7 Container For Textile Waste On The Collection Day And Collecting Large-Size, Renovation And Construction Waste And Used Tires, As Well As Transporting This Waste On The Dates And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.
