The Accommodation Is Designed With A Focus On High Accessibility, Safety, A Homelike Environment And A Good Working Environment. Each Apartment Must Be Fully Furnished And Contain Its Own Hygiene Room, Kitchenette And Be Adapted For Care And Lifting. Shared Functions Include Living Room, Dining Room And Separate Kitchen, As Well As Access To Balconies Or Patios. In Addition To The Living Quarters, The Building Contains Shared Public Functions Such As The Main Entrance With Lobby, Meeting Room/Conference, Training Kitchen, Gym, Visitor Toilets And A Cooking Kitchen Sized For Approx. 100 Portions.
