Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Properties Residing In The Nowogródek Pomorski Commune. 1.1. Subject Of The Order. 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Nowogródek Pomorski Commune, I.E. - Inhabited Properties, - Properties With Summer Houses, Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage Municipal Waste Generated On Properties With Residents, Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes. The List Of Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated Is An Annex To The Tender Specifications. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Bags For Selective Waste Collection To Property Owners Who Conduct Selective Waste Collection In Single-Family, Farm And Multi-Family Buildings. Bags Must Be Delivered Continuously And In The Quantities Necessary For Proper Waste Collection Between Collections From The Property. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A List Of Routes For Waste Collection Vehicles, Including The Number Of Kilometers Of Each Route, And Provide It To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract.
