The Concrete Frame Requires Applying For A Deviation Decision, Which The Contractor Is Responsible For. - Residential Area Approx. 11,040 Asm2 And Retail Area Approx. 55 Htm2 Are Included In The Quantity To Be Acquired In The Request For Tender. - The Contractor Is Responsible For All Planning. Planning Can Begin After The Preliminary Contract Is Signed. The Estimated Start Date Of The Construction Work Is 04/2028 And The Work Must Start No Later Than 06/2028. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts, As The Multi-Supplier Model Would Be Inappropriate In Terms Of Overall Contract Schedule Management And Work Coordination.
