The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Plastic Containers For Household Waste For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv.Types Of Containers And Quantities Intended For Delivery:​​​​Plastic Containers For Domestic Waste With A Flat Lid, Lid In The Lid Type Beaver With A Volume Of 1100 L - 1100 Piecesplastic Containers For Household Waste Type Hook With A Volume Of 120 L. - 1,640 Piecesthe Public Order Includes The Supply Of New, Unused And Non-Recycled Plastic Containers For Household Waste, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Samples Of The Technical And Price Proposal - An Integral Part Of This Documentation.The Offered Goods Must Be Factory New, Unused And Without Defects, Made Of High Density Polyethylene (Hdpe), Moisture Resistant, Resistant To Uv Radiation, Low And High Atmospheric Temperatures, Chemical And Biological Effects.Plastic Containers For Household Waste Should Be Branded By The Contractor According To The Requirements Of The Technical Specification. The Deliveries, The Subject Of The Order, Will Be Made Based On Written Requests Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Its Current Needs, Under The Conditions And Within The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract.The Quantities Of Plastic Containers For Household Waste Specified In The Technical Specifications Are Estimated For A Period Of 12 Months And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, During The Term Of The Contract, Not To Declare A Given Estimated Quantity Of Goods In Full, As Well As To Declare Deliveries Of Goods Above Or Below The Estimated Quantities Specified For Them, Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Reached.The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Employer And The Contractor, Are According To The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification Of The Employer, The Technical And Price Proposal Of The Contractor - An Integral Part Of The Documentation.The Contract, Which Will Be Concluded With The Participant Designated As The Executor Of The Contract, Enters Into Force On The Date Of Registration In The Records System Of The Contracting Party And Is Valid Until The Fulfillment Of All The Obligations Assumed By The Parties Under The Contract, But For No More Than 12 (Twelve) Months.Funding For The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Has Not Been Secured At The Time Of Opening The Procedure.The Participant Should Submit Samples Of Plastic Household Waste Containers With A Volume Of 120 Liters, Type Hook And Plastic Containers For Household Waste With A Volume Of 1,100 Liters, With A Flat Lid And A Front Cover In The Beaver Type Lid, In Order To Establish Their Compliance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification (Article 52, Paragraph 5 Of The Zop).
