The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Procurement And Maintenance Of Licenses By Specific Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Provision Of Sap Licenses, As Well As Enterprise Support Type Support For The Provided Permanent Licenses For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Finance (Mof)​​​​​​;Specific Position No. 2: Provision Of Adobe Licenses For The Needs Of The Administration Of The Council Of Ministers (Ams)​​​​​​Bids Shall Be Submitted Only Under Special Item No. 1.According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Order.Separate Items No. 2 Will Be Assigned In The Order Valid For Its Respective Individual Value In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop - Through The Method Of Direct Assignment, On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.Participants Should Not Submit Bids Under Special Position No. 2!
