Expression of Interest for Strategic Youth Organizations for G2g Network Expansion Service Location: West Bank and Jerusalem Tender Description CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTERESTStrategic Youth Organizations for G2G Network ExpansionSearch for Common Ground | Palestine Opportunity: Selection of a strategic youth or volunteer organization for the G2G network Potential pilot grant: USD 10,000 to USD 20,000, to be jointly developed after selection Anticipated selection: One organization, subject to available funding and approval Eligible applicants: Palestinian youth unions, youth councils, federations, youth-led networks and nonprofit organizations with an active youth network Deadline: Thursday, 8 October 2026 About Search and G2G Search for Common Ground is an international organization working to transform how people and institutions address conflict and build cooperation. In Palestine, Search works with local partners and communities to strengthen participation, dialogue, social cohesion and locally led responses to shared challenges. Grassroots to Global G2G supports local organizations and community actors to connect grassroots knowledge and action with advocacy, policy engagement and longer term influence. Through its Small Grants Pool, G2G provides targeted support for locally grounded initiatives that can contribute experience, evidence and relationships to a wider network. Purpose of the Call Search for Common Ground - Palestine is expanding the network of organizations contributing to G2Gs work with Palestinian youth. Search invites expressions of interest from established youth organizations and organizations with an active youth network that can bring community reach, youth perspectives, volunteer experience and advocacy potential to the network. This call selects an organization on the strength of its mandate, structure, experience and strategic fit. Applicants are not required to submit a project concept or budget. Following selection and due diligence, Search and the selected organization will jointly develop a small pilot initiative within a funding range of USD 10,000 to USD 20,000, subject to available funding and final approval. The review stages and assessment criteria are set out under Submission and Selection below. Applicants do not need to carry the formal title of youth union. Search welcomes youth unions, youth councils, federations, youth-led networks and organizations with an active youth volunteer network that perform a comparable function by maintaining an active youth or volunteer base and connecting young people with community and public life. The grant would support the selected organizations agreed pilot activities and costs. An organization can have paid staff while involving young people as volunteers. Applicants should explain which roles are voluntary, which involve expense reimbursements and which are paid. Any proposed payments would be reviewed when agreeing the pilot budget. What the Strategic Relationship May Include The selected organization will be expected to work with Search to: Participate in relevant G2G networking, reflection, learning and cross-organizational activities. Bring the perspectives and experience of its youth members or volunteers into wider discussions about youth priorities and participation. Identify with its volunteers an area in which a small pilot could add meaningful experience to their existing roles. Jointly design with Search a focused pilot that combines youth agency, practical community work and advocacy or public engagement. Support volunteers to take responsibility, learn through practice, connect community experience with wider influence and engage relevant institutions or stakeholders. Contribute learning, relationships and evidence from the pilot to the wider G2G network. Who May Apply Applicants must: Be a legally registered Palestinian nonprofit organization, youth union, youth council, federation, youth-led network, membership body or other eligible structured entity able to receive and account for grant funds. Have an identifiable and active group of youth members or volunteers, with a credible system for recruiting, supporting and communicating with them. Demonstrate sustained youth or volunteer engagement rather than participation limited to isolated activities. Show that young people participate meaningfully in activities, priorities, leadership or decision-making. Demonstrate relevant experience in volunteer development, youth agency, community work, advocacy, public engagement or youth-led initiatives. Have the programmatic, financial, administrative, safeguarding and reporting capacity required to manage the grant, or a credible plan to meet Searchs requirements. Be willing to complete Searchs due-diligence process and comply with applicable donor and Search requirements. Application Requirements Applications must include: A signed cover letter identifying the organization and an authorized contact person. A short organizational expression of interest of no more than three pages explaining the organizations mandate; youth or volunteer structure; geographic and community reach; how young people participate in decisions; relevant community and advocacy experience; motivation for joining the G2G network; and what the organization could contribute to and gain from the network. Brief descriptions of two relevant examples showing how the organization has supported youth agency, volunteer development, community work, advocacy or public engagement. An organizational profile covering governance, staffing, safeguarding arrangements and programmatic, financial and administrative capacity. A copy of valid registration and contact details for two professional references. Language: Applications may be submitted in Arabic or English. Submission and Selection Applications must be submitted through the application method stated in the Jobs.ps announcement no later than Thursday, 8 October 2026 . Late or materially incomplete applications may not be considered. Search will first check applications against the eligibility and submission requirements above. A review panel will then assess eligible applications using the same criteria: sustained youth or volunteer engagement and meaningful youth participation in decisions; relevant community and advocacy experience and reach; contribution to and motivation for joining the G2G network; and capacity to manage the pilot, including safeguarding and reporting. The panel will record the basis for its assessment and shortlist. A project concept or budget will not be scored at this stage. Search may request clarification or invite shortlisted organizations to a discussion. Selection remains subject to successful due diligence and internal approval. Any pilot grant will be jointly developed and will remain subject to available funding, agreement on scope and budget, final approval and execution of a grant agreement. Publication of this call does not commit Search to make an award or reimburse application costs. Applications must be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than Thursday, 8 October 2026 . Please use the subject line G2G Youth Network EOI [Organization Name] and attach all documents listed under Application Requirements. Applications may be submitted in Arabic or English. Late or materially incomplete applications may not be considered. Tender Link : https://www.jobs.ps/en/tenders/g2g-16234.html
