The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Issuance, Provision And Administration /Monthly Loading/ Of Food Vouchers On Electronic Media[1] /Personalized Card/, In The Sense Of Ordinance No. 7 Of July 9, 2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Carry Out Activities As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, For Issuing Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, The Characteristics Of The Issued Vouchers For Food On An Electronic Medium And Carrying Out Activities As An Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As Ordinance No. 7), In Conjunction With Art. 209A, Para. 2 Of Zkpo For Employees Of Nikolay Petrini Elementary School - Yambol.The Contracting Authority States To The Contractor The Necessary Number Of Personalized Cards That Should Be Delivered To Him, According To The Current Number Of Employees Who Will Use Them. Available Personalized Cards Are Loaded Monthly With E-Vouchers, After Prior Request From The Contractor To The Contractor. The Request Indicates The Cards Of Which Employees (The Specific Personal Cards Subject To Loading) Should Be Loaded With Electronic Vouchers And, Accordingly, At What Value. Food Vouchers Should Be Accepted As A Means Of Payment In No Less Than A Total Of 20 (Twenty) Establishments, Of Which At Least 5 (Five) Different Commercial Chains With National Coverage, Each With At Least 1 (One) Establishment With An Address In The Town Of Yambol, Including Grocery Stores, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Etc., Operating In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Food Act / Establishments Under Article 2, Paragraph 2 Of Ordinance No. 7/09/07/2003 Of Mtsp And Mf, With Which The Participants Have A Contract. Note: Trade Chain With National Coverage Should Be Understood As A Trade Chain With Sites In At Least 5 (Five) Settlements On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. A Detailed Description, Including The Minimum Requirements For The Execution Of The Order, Are Presented In The Technical Specification To The Documentation For The Public Order. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement, Including All Options Provided Under Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, Is Up To Eur 49,090.91 Excluding Vat, As Far As Applicable.The Value Of The Order Without Exercising The Options Is Up To Eur 40909.09 Excluding Vat, As Far As Applicable.​​​​​​​The Contracting Authority Provides The Following Options Under Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop:1. Option To Increase The Value Of The Contract In The Amount Of Up To 4,090.91 Euros, Representing Up To 10% Of The Base Value Of The Contract. 2. Option To Extend The Term Of The Contract By Up To 3 (Three) Months, Once Or In Parts, With A Value Of Up To Eur 4090.91, Representing Up To 10% Of The Base Value Of The Contract. The Indicated Values ​​And Quantities Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Is Under No Obligation To Declare The Entire Estimated Value, The Value Of The Options Provided, Or The Entire Estimated Quantity, Either In Number Or In Value. Requests Are Made In Writing, According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Available Funding
