The Subject Of The Public Order Is: Selection Of A Supplier Of Motor Fuels For The Cars Of The Urban Mobility Center Ead Through Cards For Cashless Payment Through The Stock Exchange.Pursuant To Art. 138, Para. 1, In Connection With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Public Procurement Act, Sectoral Contracting Authorities May Award Public Contracts Through A Negotiation Procedure Without A Prior Invitation To Participate, When The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Goods, Determined According To A List Proposed By The Minister Of Finance And Approved By The Council Of Ministers. In This Case, The Contract For The Public Procurement Is Concluded On The Commodity Exchange Of A Separate Stock Exchange Circle In Accordance With The Law On Commodity Exchanges And Markets (Zsbt). The Exchange Provides Its Members And Their Clients With Equal Conditions For Participation In Trade And The Regime Of Exchange Trading, Regulated By The Zsbt, Which Guarantees The Achievement Of The Goals And Principles Laid Down In Article 1 And Article 2 Of The Zop. The List Was Approved By The Council Of Ministers With Decree No. 191/29.07.2016 On Approval Of The List Of Goods Under Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 And Art. 191, Para. 1, Item 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code.
