The Pp Will Understand And Embrace The Values And Vision Of The Sundre Campus Of Care.The Pp Will Have Extensive Experience In Space Development And Utilization Planning For Organizations Of Similar Size, Scope And Purpose. Interested Parties Should Provide Evidence Of Their Involvement In Projects Of A Similar Size And Scope.Pp’S Will Have Proven Experience With Facilities/Space Allocation Models, Best Practices In Other Jurisdictions, Feasibility Studies, And Business Cases That Are Integrated To Chart The Course Of A Viable, Economical, And Strategically-Sound Plan.Knowledge And Experience Working With Municipal Government And The Provincial Government, Including Governance And Legislation Would Be An Asset.Its Critical The Pp Have Capacity To Bring Development Expertise, Capital And In-Kind Contributions (Early Works) In The Form Of Equity, And Be Responsible For Utilizing The Land, Partners And Project To Create Revenue Streams And Creative Revenue Generating Ideas For The Project.
