Security Software Package – Sw Pro Siem. Delivery, Installation And Implementation Of Software Resources (Hereinafter Also Sw) For The Siem Software Solution. The Client Requests The Delivery Of A System That Will Be Able To Cover Areas For The Collection And Subsequent Evaluation Of Operational And Security Events With Regard To Cyber Security With An Emphasis On The Consolidation And Analysis Of Operational Events In Real Time. The Contracting Authority Is Under A Higher Regime Of Obligations With Regard To Zokb, I.E. Act No. 264/2025 Coll. And The System Must Fulfill The Requirements Arising From Decree No. 409/2025 Coll.. The System Must Also Allow For The Expansion Of Other Functionalities, Aimed At Automating Security Events And Others. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is In Particular: • Delivery Of Software And Maintenance For The Siem Software Solution And Delivery Of Related Licenses In The Form Of An Annual Subscription Including Support (Not A Permanent License). • Provision Of Implementation And Consulting Services Consisting Of Siem Security System Development Services, Upgrade Of Siem Software Products, Support And Development Of Existing And New Integrations. • Service, Maintenance, Support Incl. Siem System Update • User Training Incl. Of The Siem User Manual, The Solution Must Meet The Customers Requirements Listed In Appendix No. 1 – Customer Requirements And Technical Specification Of Siem And In Appendix No. 2 – Draft Procurement Documentation Contract.
