The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Construction Of Parking Spaces With Accompanying Infrastructure For Plot No. 5525/1 In Lipowa - Stage I2.The Scope Of Works (Stage I) Includes Only: 1) General Requirements: Surveying Of The Construction Site Together With An As-Built Inventory, Organization Of Construction Facilities And Provision Of Industry Supervision. 2) Demolition And Earthworks: Dismantling Of The Existing Shelter, 2 Information Boards And An Advertising Sign; Cold Milling Of Asphalt Surface (401 M²); Dismantling Of Crushed Stone Surfaces And Sub-Bases, Trenching Along With The Transport, Storage And Disposal Of Demolition Materials At The Contractors Expense.3) Sub-Bases: Laying A Separation Layer Of Geotextile, A Frost-Protective Layer (30 Cm Thick) And A Basic Sub-Base Of Aggregates With Topsoil (32 Cm Thick).4) Surfaces And Street Elements: A) Construction Of A Maneuvering Road (158.20 M²) And 18 Parking Spaces (225 M²) Made Of Openwork Concrete Slabs (Height 10 Cm) Filled With Substrate With Grass Seeds. B) Hardening The Area For The Shelter With Gray Concrete Paving Stones (4.50 M²). C) Construction Of Concrete Curbs And Edges.5) Greenery: Planting, Topsoil And Grassing (300 M²).3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Includes Design Documentation (Plans, Drawings And Technical Descriptions For Construction Works) And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). 4. The Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz And Constitutes The Basis For Preparing The Offer Cost Estimate.
