1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Performance Of Renovation And Repair Works Resulting From A Fire In A Two-Unit Residential Building At Ul. Świerkowa 1A And 1B (In A Single-Family, Two-Unit Building Located At Ul. Świerkowa 1A And 1B In Kostrzyn Nad Odrą, Plot No. 397/8).2.The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Preparatory, Security, Demolition And Dismantling Works Regarding Elements Damaged By Fire; 2) Repair, Replacement And Reconstruction Of Damaged Elements Of The Wooden Roof Structure, Including Roof Trusses; 3) Execution Of A New Roof Covering With Underlay Layers, Thermal Insulation, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes; 4) Execution Of Works Masonry, Plastering, Facade, Insulating, Painting, Cladding And Other Finishing Works;5) Repair Or Replacement Of Window, Door And Gate Joinery And Window Sills, To The Extent Specified In The Order Documentation;6) Reconstruction Of Floors, Floors, Suspended Ceilings, Wall Cladding And Other Room Finishing Elements;7) Performance Of Works In The Field Of Water Supply, Hot Water, Central Heating And Gas Installation, Together With With The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Dual-Function Gas Boiler;8) Construction Of A Ventilation Installation And A Flue Gas Discharge System And Combustion Air Supply;9) Repair, Replacement Or Reconstruction Of Electrical Installations, Switchboards, Lighting Installations, Socket Installations, Power Installations And Rtv/Sat Installations;10) Performance Of The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements, Adjustments And Commissioning Of Installations As Well As Submission Of Acceptance Protocols And Documents;11) Removal And Management Of Demolition Materials And Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Works, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 12) Tidy Up The Work Area And Bring The Building And Its Surroundings To A Condition Enabling Safe And Proper Use. In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Develop And Submit To The Ordering Party A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Investment And Its Ongoing Update; 2) Proper Execution Of The Entire Subject Of The Order To The Extent Specified In The Order Documents, In Particular Ensuring Proper Organization, Coordination And Timely Progress Of The Works And Their Compliance With The Documentation Design, Stwiorb, Swz, Contract, Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Quality Requirements; 3) Participate In Construction Councils And Coordination Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party, By The Relevant Works Manager Or Another Authorized Representative Of The Contractor - Depending On The Topic Of The Meeting; During The Meetings, Information On The Progress Of The Works Will Be Presented And Current Issues Related To The Implementation Of The Order Will Be Discussed; 4) Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Protection
