The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Assembly Of Furniture To Equip 12 Rooms In The Agro Hotel Facility At Ul. Zwycięska 4 In Wrocław. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Offered Furniture Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production - Not Earlier Than 2026), Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals Allowing The Furniture To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service For The Furniture. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of Furniture Along With Its Delivery To The Ordering Party, Unloading, Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Assembly. Assembly Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Furniture, Taking Into Account Their Adaptation To The Rooms In Which They Will Be Used And To The Elements Located In These Rooms. The Assembly Will Be Preceded By Appropriate Measurements At The Contractors Expense And Will Consist In Particular In Setting, Hanging Or Leveling Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order. Purchase Of Furniture And Their Delivery To Agro Hotel Facility In Wrocław At Ul. Zwycięska 4 Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At Its Own Expense And Risk, In The Quantity Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. Delivery Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, I.E. From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. Or Other Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Costs Of Insurance, Transport And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Are Borne By The Contractor.
