Task No. 1 - Delivery And Installation Of Key Depositors In Krakow; Attention! The Ordering Party Provides For The Option Right For Two Depositors, As Described In Point Iv.3 - Type And Maximum Value Of The Option And The Circumstances Of Using The Option.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject And The Size Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Of 24 Months Warranty For The Delivered Assortment, But No Less Than The Manufacturers Warranty. The Warranty Period Runs From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report, Which Does Not State Any Defects Or Deficiencies. 4. The Place Of Delivery And Assembly Will Be: 31-571 Kraków, Ul. The Ordering Party Requires That: A) None Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Being An Ict Product, Service Or Process Is Covered By A Negative Recommendation Of The Government Plenipotentiary For Cybersecurity, Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act On The National Cybersecurity System (Hereinafter Referred To As: Ksc), B) None Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Being An Ict Product, Service Or Process Was Covered By The Decision Of The Minister Responsible For Computerization To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act On The Ksc.7.The Condition For Acceptance Is That The Contractor Must Submit A Current List Of Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used In The Implementation Of The Contract, As Well As A Declaration Regarding Them, Including The Circumstances Referred To Above.8.Detailed Provisions Regarding Cybersecurity Of Ict Infrastructure Are Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract.9.In The Event Of Publishing A Recommendation Or Decision Covering An Element Of Ict Used To Perform The Contract, The Contractor Will Immediately Inform The Ordering Party And Ensure Further Compliance Of The Contract With Legal Provisions And Procurement Documents, As Part Of The Offer Price.10.The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Contract (Depending On The Task) Is Up To 60 Calendar Days (For Task No. 1) From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than December 28, 2026.
