The Task Includes The Design Of A Sports And Entertainment Hall Building With A Connector Leading To The Existing School Building. The Designed Facility Must Meet The Following Main Functional And Utility Parameters: • Main Arena (Pitch): Full-Size, Standard Multi-Purpose Pitch (Enabling Games, Including Handball/Futsal With Dimensions Of 20 X 40 M, Basketball And Volleyball) Along With The Necessary Safety Zones (Cars).• Audience: Side Stand (One-Sided), Fixed Or Partially Foldable, Located Along The Longer Side Of The Pitch.• Sanitary And Locker Room Facilities: Full Facilities, Required By Regulations, Optimally Located Under The Side Stand Structure (In Order To Make Maximum And Economical Use Of The Buildings Volume), Including: Locker Room Complexes For Players/Students Along With Sanitary Facilities, Locker Rooms For Judges/Teachers, Warehouses For Sports Equipment, Utility Rooms, Medical Rooms And Public Toilets For Spectators.• Facility Height: The Height Of The Hall Within The Structure (From The Level Of The Finished Floor To The Lowest Element Of The Roof Structure) Is To Be Up To 9.0 M (While Maintaining The Standard Height Required For The Planned Sports Disciplines).2.
