The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Existing Building Of Primary School No. 1, Located At Żwirki I Wigury Street In Przasnysz, With A Single-Story Part Intended For A School Common Room And The Renovation Of Existing Rooms Marked 1.15A, 1.16, 1.17 And 1.18.2 In The Project.The Order Includes, Among Others: – Demolition And Preparatory Works; – Construction Of Footings And Foundations; – Construction Of Walls And Above-Ground Structures; – Installation Of Windows And Doors, – Installation Of External And Internal Window Sills, – Plastering, Flooring And Painting Of Walls; – Roofing And Gutter Installation; – Installation Of Sanitary And Electrical Installations, Central Heating And Ventilation; – Landscaping, – Surveying Services Investment, Post-Construction Surveying Inventory.3.The Order Was Described In Detail In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities. Bills Of Quantities Constitute Supporting Material For Determining The Lump-Sum Offer Price. Note 1: Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In A Functioning School And Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure The Absolute Safety Of Students And Staff. All Playgrounds Will Be Planned And Agreed With The Ordering Party And The School Principal. Detailed Safety Requirements Are Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 4 - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. Attention 2! The Ordering Party Requires That The Finishing Materials (Carpets, Paints, Suspended Ceilings, Doors) Have Current Pzh Hygiene Certificates Allowing Their Use In Public Buildings Such As Schools, Fire Resistance Certificates And Anti-Slip Certificates. Note 3! Colors Of Walls, Carpets, Tiles, Lighting To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.4. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
