Part I Of The Order Includes: Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And From The Selective Collection Point For Municipal Waste Located In The Stopnica Commune In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions In Force During The Term Of The Contract: Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), The Provincial Waste Management Plan, Adopted By Resolution Of The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Assembly, The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Municipality.
