1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Implementation Of A Mobile Collection In The Oława Commune, Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Large-Sized Waste, Clothing And Electrical And Electronic Equipment Addressed To Owners Of Residential Properties Who Have Submitted A Declaration On The Amount Of The Waste Management Fee And Are Not In Arrears With Such Fees.2.The Contractor Must Ensure Comprehensive Provision Of The Service, Including In Particular Loading, Transport, Collection (If The Contractor Does Not Transport Waste To The Processing Site) And Waste Management, In Accordance With Legal Requirements And Taking Into Account Their Properties. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 (Opz) Constituting An Annex To This Swz.4.An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Template), Which Are Annexes To This Swz And The Offer Form.
