Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services Related To The Operation Of The Hunting Lodge Of The Rzepin Forest District

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Comprehensive Service Of The Hunting Quarters Of The Rzepin Forest District, Consisting In Maintaining The Cleanliness And Constant Readiness For Rent Of The Buildings Rooms, As Well As Catering Services Consisting In The Preparation And Serving Of Meals Such As: Breakfasts, Lunches, Coffee Services, Lunches, Dinners, Meals In The Field. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Performing Cleaning Services, Maintaining Cleanliness And Constant Readiness For Renting The Premises Of The Hunting Quarters And Tidying Up The Area Within The Quarters, Including In Particular: - Cleaning The Premises Of The Hunting Quarters; - Washing Bedding, Towels, Etc.; - Cleaning The Area Within The Hunting Quarters (I.E. The Area Located Inside The Fence Of The Quarters); - Cleaning The Area Adjacent To The Hunting Quarters (I.E. The Parking Lot In Front Of The Accommodation, The Pedestrian Sidewalk, Etc.); - Maintaining Cleanliness Inside The Shelter Intended For Guests Of The Hunting Quarters; - Maintaining And Tending The Greenery Within The Hunting Quarters; - Keeping Records Of Guests Staying In The Hunting Quarters Using An Appropriate Register. The Register Kept By The Contractor Should Be Kept On An Ongoing Basis And Should Contain At Least: Information Identifying The Guest, Number Of Days Of Accommodation, If Necessary, Company Address And Invoice Data, Scope Of Services Provided (Number Of Meals With Specification Of Their Types, Number Of Bed Linen And Towels Replacements, Etc.). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Method Of Performing Individual Activities And The Frequency Of Their Performance, As Well As The Estimated Quantitative Scope Necessary To Perform The Services Are Set Out In Annex No. 6.1.
