Xix Swz.2.The Contractor Grants: 1) A Warranty For Construction Works For A Period Of 60 Months; 2) A Warranty For Construction Works For A Period Of Min. 60 Months (According To The Contractors Offer);3) Warranty For The Installed Devices For A Period Of Min. 36 Months - (However, Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty - In Accordance With The Contractors Offer), Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.3.The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.4.The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.
