At The Same Time, The Property Is Located In The Powidzko-Beniszewski Protected Landscape Area, Therefore The Implementation Of The Investment Requires Taking Into Account The Applicable Restrictions And Requirements Resulting From Legal Provisions. The Investment Area Is Covered By The Local Development Plan. The Basic Area For The Investment Is Geodetic Plot No. 373/9, Ostrowite Registration District. If The Implementation Of The Investment On The Indicated Plot, In Particular Due To The Requirements Arising From The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical And Construction Regulations, Provisions Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Or Other Formal, Legal And Technical Conditions, Will Not Be Possible Or Will Not Ensure The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Mds May Be Located On The Adjacent Plot No. 373/8, Including To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Construction And Operation Of The Facility. The Property Includes An Existing Building Constituting A Defense Warehouse And An Undeveloped Area Constituting A Biologically Active Area. The Property Has Existing Technical Infrastructure Connections, Including Electricity, Water And Sanitary Sewage. The Method Of Using The Existing Infrastructure, Including The Possibility And Conditions Of Its Use For The Implementation And Operation Of Mds, Should Be Taken Into Account At The Stage Of Developing Project Documentation.
