1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Technical Documentation Regarding The Adaptation Of Selected Basement Rooms In The Building, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Required By Law, Enabling The Submission Of An Application For A Building Permit Or The Notification Of Construction Works - If Necessary. 2. The Documentation Is To Include Solutions Regarding The Functional And Spatial Arrangement Of Rooms, Strengthening Structural Elements (Acquaintance With Technical Expertise), Ensuring Safe Entrances And Escape Routes, Ensuring Adequate Ventilation, Emergency Lighting, Sanitary Installations And The Organization Of Space Enabling The Safe Stay Of People For The Time Required For Places Of Emergency Shelter. The Project Will Also Include Requirements Regarding Signage, Access Routes, Equipment And Rules For Using The Facility In Crisis Situations.3.The Ordering Party Requires That The Prepared Technical Documentation Be Developed In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Resulting From The Applicable Legal Provisions Indicated In Point. 6. One Additional Solution Should Also Be Developed, Involving The Use Of Supports Supporting The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Ceiling Described In The Technical Report.4.The Ordering Party Provides A Technical Expertise Of The Building Of The Primary School.
