Scope Of Duties And Activities Related To The Supervision Of Construction Works, Including Verification Of Acceptance Documentation And Final Acceptance Of Works1/ Supervision Of Construction Works In The Electrical/Sanitary Industry,2/ Supervision, Control And Enforcement Of The Task In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Applicable Standards, Health And Safety Regulations, Technical Conditions For The Implementation Of Industry Works,3/ Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Enforcing The Provisions Of The Construction Contract,4/ Participation In Coordination And Ad Hoc Meetings Working Meetings Organized On The Initiative Of The Contractor Or The Employer, 5/ Participation In Research, Tests, Trials And Measurements Carried Out By The Contractor Or Other Institutions During The Implementation Of The Works And Verifying The Results Obtained On Their Basis, 6/ Participating In Possible Inspections Of The Works During The Implementation Of Construction Works, Clarifying Doubts And, If Necessary, Preparing Written Explanations, 7/ Making Entries In The Construction Log, 8/ Approving The Materials Intended For Incorporation, Controlling The Quality Of The Works Performed And Incorporated Materials In Terms Of Their Compliance With The Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications, Applicable Standards And Regulations, 9/ Cooperation With The Authors Supervision (Designer), 10/ Obtaining Material Certificates And Other Necessary Construction Documents From The Contractor, 11/ In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Qualifying Demolition Materials In Terms Of Their Suitability For Re-Incorporation, 12/ Recording Control Waste/Demolition Materials Not Suitable For Re-Incorporation,13/ Agreeing With The Ordering Party On Any Changes Regarding The Scope And Value Of The Works,14/ Keeping The Ordering Party Informed About The Progress Of The Works, Identified Irregularities Or Threats In The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Resulting From The Material And Financial Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party And About The Methods Of Solving Them And The Corrective (Remedial) Actions Introduced,15/ Participating In Reviews Technical,16/ Participation In Partial Acceptance: Operational, Fading Works, Works To Be Covered, Industry-Specific And Final Acceptance, Carrying Out Acceptance Of Fading And Covered Works,17/ Verifying The Material, Financial And Substantive Acceptance Documents Prepared By The Contractor,18/ Supervision Over The Execution Of Correction Works And Removal Of Defects/Defects Found During The Acceptance,19/ Ensuring A Replacement Person Having The Required Authorizations And Experience In Performing Supervision During The Inspectors Absence;2.
