The Order Concerns Model Ii Of The Organization And Financing Of Bus Transport In The Żurawica Commune In 2027, I.E. A Model Including The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For Students And Financing Of Local Discounts. The Order Does Not Cover Public Utility Bus Transport Covered By The Frpa Subsidy, Carried Out In A Separate Organizer-Operator Model.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Order As A Carrier Performing Regular Passenger Transport In Domestic Road Transport, Based On The Legally Required Qualifications, Licenses, Permits And Timetables Approved By The Competent Authority. As Part Of This Procedure, The Ordering Party Does Not Organize Public Transport On The Przemyśl - Żurawica Commune Route, But Finances The Purchase Of School Tickets And Compensates For Local Discounts On The Terms Specified In The Swz And The Contract.4.
