A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - List Of Equipment And List Of Technical Parameters4.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A.Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Unloading, Internal Transport, Assembly/Installation, Checking The Correct Operation And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees By The Contractor In The Technical Operation Of The Equipment/Device; B.Providing The Evidence In Question Along With The Offer, In Accordance With Chapter Xiii Point 10 Point 5 Of The Swz; C. Covering The Delivery Item With At Least A 24-Month Warranty (Counting From The Date Confirmed By The Assembly/Installation Protocol, Commissioning And Handing Over Of The Equipment/Device Within A Period Taking Into Account The Ordering Partys Working Hours; (The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Warranty Period In Annex No. 1 - Offer Form (Min. 24 Months). The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. D. Ensuring The Response Of The Service Within No More Than 24 Hours From The Time Of Notification By Of The Ordering Party; Note: E. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment/Device Is Complete And, After Installation, Ready For Operation In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose.
