Task I - Winter Maintenance Of Public Transport Stops In The City Of Piła In The Winter Season 2026/2027. Brief Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: - Manual Cleaning Of Snow From Public Transport Stops, - Manual Sprinkling Of Sand From Public Transport Stops, - Removal Of Ice From Public Transport Stops (Manual Ice Removal), - Additional Order - Manual Cleaning Of Snow From Public Transport Stops With Simultaneous Sprinkling, - Removal Of Excess Snow And Ice From Loading And Unloading, - Clearing Sand From Public Transport Stops During And After The Winter Campaign.1.During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Must Ensure At Least: 20 Tons Of Sand For Each Task.2.The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.3.Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 3.1 And 3.2 To The Swz).4.During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have The Rights To Perform Specific Activities Or Activities, If The Law Imposes An Obligation To Have Them. During The Implementation Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Be Included In The Register Of Waste Management Entities (Bdo), In Accordance With Art. 50 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Waste Act.5.The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Contract. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.
