The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Clearing Snow From The Entire Width Of Roads.2. Clearing Snow, Sprinkling Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths And Sidewalks Not Adjacent To The Property With Appropriate Equipment At The Request Of The Ordering Party. 3. Eliminating Slipperiness Along The Entire Width Of Roads, And Especially On Sections That Determine The Possibility Of Traffic, I.E. Dangerous Bends And Driveways, Intersections With Hard Roads, Bus Stops And Other Places Determined By The Representatives Of The Commune Office. Work Should Start After The Occurrence Of A Phenomenon Justifying The Commencement Of The Services Covered By The Contract Immediately After Notification. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Equipment And Staff Appropriate To The Given Instructions, Technically Efficient And Equipped With Propellants Within 60 Minutes Of Receiving The Request. The Contractor Will Make The Roads Passable Within 5 Hours Of The Call. In The Event Of Extremely Unfavorable And Unstable Weather Conditions (Blizzards And Snowstorms, Long-Lasting Snowstorms That Destroy The Effects Of Snow Removal From Roads), It May Not Be Possible To Achieve And Maintain The Standard On The Roads. The Organization Of Work Should Then Be Adapted To Current Conditions, Changing Road Conditions And Adopt Unconventional Solutions, E.G. Clearing Snow From Only One Lane And Driving Cars In Convoys, Starting From The Roads With The Highest Traffic Intensity. 4. The Conditions Regarding The Material Of The Equipment And The Contractors Availability To Perform The Subject Of The Order Are As Follows: 1) Material To Eliminate The Slipperiness Of Roads Will Be Provided By The Contractor. The Material Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Relevant Regulations. The Sand Should Have Particle Diameters Of 0.1Mm To 1Mm. Rock Or Road Salt Should Be Used. It Is Recommended To Use Salt With Uniform Grain Size. 2) The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Equipment And Devices To Eliminate The Slipperiness Of Roads. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Use Two Types Of Sand-Salt Mixtures, Depending On The Prevailing Weather Conditions And The Ordering Partys Decision: • Standard Mixture: A Mixture Of Sand And Road Salt In A Weight Proportion Of 70% Sand To 30% Salt (Used For Standard Winter Phenomena, I.E. Slippery Slope, A Thin Layer Of Black Ice).• Emergency Mixture: A Mixture Of Sand And Road Salt In A Weight Ratio Of 60% Sand To 40% Salt (Used In Extreme Conditions, I.E. Intense Snowfall, Thick Layer Of Ice, Sudden Drop In Temperature).5.
