The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Conduct Of Training Entitled: Conducting Classes Using The Medical Simulation Method For Academic Teachers Conducting Classes In The Field Of Nursing Employed At The Faculty Of Health Sciences. The Aim Of The Training Is To Improve The Teaching Competences Of Participants In The Design, Organization And Conduct Of Classes Using Medical Simulation Methods, With Particular Emphasis On Low- And Intermediate-Fidelity Simulation. The Training Is To Prepare Participants To Independently Plan And Implement Teaching Activities Based On Simulation Scenarios, Consistent With The Learning Outcomes Applicable In The Field Of Nursing. The Implementation Of The Training Will Contribute To Improving The Quality Of Education Practical, Development Of Modern Teaching Methods And Increasing The Competences Of The Teaching Staff Of The Łomża University At The Faculty Of Health Sciences.
