The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Auditorium In The Municipal And Municipal Cultural Center In Kamień Krajeński, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization And Additional Equipment For The Auditorium In The Municipal And Municipal Cultural Center In Kamień Krajeński, In Particular: 1. Mechanics And Fixing, 2.Equipment And Lighting Fixtures,3.Sound Systems,4.Execution Of The Power Supply And Control Installation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Technical Specification, Which Is A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Terms And Within The Scope Specified In The Swz And The Procedure Documentation, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Delivery Includes All Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Costs Of: Loading, Delivery, Unloading, Assembly, Checking Functionality (First Start-Up), Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Goods (The Contractor Will Submit Warranty Cards With The Delivery). The Scope Of The Delivery In Question Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of Elements That Do Not Require Assembly; B) Delivery And Assembly Of Elements Requiring Assembly;C) Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations, Measurements, Protections, Switching On, Commissioning And Technical Acceptance, Including The Costs Of Any Fees;D) Repair Of Any Damage Caused During The Execution Of The Order, Restoring It To Its Original Condition;Removal And Disposal Of Waste Without Additional Remuneration;F) Staff Training;G) Required Minimum Warranty Period: - Min. 24 Months For Equipment;- Min. 60 Months For Assembly And Installation Works Performed.
