The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Włocławek District In The 2026/2027 Season Divided Into 2 Parts: Part (Task) No. 1 Entitled Lubień Kujawski Commune; The Winter Road Maintenance Campaign Will Be Launched And Carried Out Only At The Request Of The Ordering Party. Winter Maintenance (Clearing Snow, Combating Slipperiness And Removing Black Ice) Will Be Carried Out On District Roads Running Through The Area Of The Following Communes: Lubień Kujawski According To Standards I To Iii Adopted By The Resolution Of The District Board In Włocławek No. 369/26 Of July 24, 2026 On The Adoption Of Standards Winter Maintenance Of District Roads And Streets Along These Roads. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Part (Task) No. 1 Entitled Lubień Kujawski Commune: Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Streets Within District Roads In Standards I, Ii And Iii With A Total Length Of 42,613 Km, - Combating Slipperiness And Removing Black Ice For Standards I And Ii - Along The Entire Length; For Standard Iii: In Marked Built-Up Areas, On Road Viaducts, On A Section Of 100 M Before And After Each Horizontal Curve Marked With Warning Signs, 100 M Before, Behind And On Each Vertical Curve - Hill, 100 M Before And After Each Intersection With Hard Surface Roads, 100 M Before And After Each Intersection With Railway Lines, 100 M In The Place Of A Marked Bus Stop (50 Meters Before And After The Sign). The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Włocławek County In The 2026/2027 Season, Divided Into 2 Parts, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Provide The Minimum Required Amount Of Equipment Necessary To Perform The Order Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor In The Implementation Of This Order Are Specified Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. In The Case Of Offering Solutions Equivalent To The Solutions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Requirement Arising From Art. 101 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law. If It Is Required For A Given Element To Have Certificates Issued By A Specific Conformity Assessment Body, The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies. If It Is Required For A Given Element To Have Certificates Issued By Conformity Assessment Bodies Or Test Reports Carried Out By T
