The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into 7 Parts And Thus Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. Each Contractor May Submit 1 Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of The Order. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Retrofitting The Warehouse, Concerns Area 2: Logistical Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, Department: Supplementing Infrastructure Resources Necessary To Perform The Tasks Olioc In Equipment And Devices The Subject Of The Order Under Part 1 Is The Supply, Including Transport, Bringing, Assembly Or Commissioning - If Required - Of Brand New Equipment, Equipment And Technical Means Intended To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Subject Of The Order Includes Equipment Necessary To Secure Social And Living, Logistic, Rescue And Medical Facilities, As Well As To Carry Out Activities Related To Responding To Threats, Providing Assistance To The Injured, Evacuating The Population And Removing The Effects Of Events Of A Nature Emergency.2. The Order Was Divided Into 7 Separate Deliveries, Covering The Following Material Scope: Part I Delivery Of A Social And Residential Container With Sanitary Facilities, Intended To Serve As An Immediate, Mobile And Permanent Shelter For The Population And Infrastructure Supporting Rescue Services.3. General Requirementsthe Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Approved For Trading And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Provided That The Law Requires Such Approval. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Tor, In Particular With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical Requirements Specified For Individual Deliveries. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, To The Extent Resulting From The Nature Of The Given Product, To Ensure Transport And Delivery To The Indicated Place. By The Ordering Party And Conducting Instructions On Its Use. A Detailed List Of The Assortment, Quantities, Technical And Functional Requirements And The Conditions For The Implementation Of Individual Deliveries Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Procedure Documentation. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Provide Material Resources Enabling The Proper Preparation And Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, In Particular In The Field Of Logistic Security, Rescue, Assistance To The Injured, Evacuation, Protection Against Threats And Providing The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Facilities For The Activities Carried Out. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, And Not Be The Property Of A Third Party Or Encum
